Overview
The PADI Open Water Diver course teaches student divers knowledge and skills they need to dive with a buddy, independent of supervision. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver, you will dive within the limits of their training and experience. PADI Open Water Divers is qualified to obtain air fills, scuba equipment and other diving services, plan, conduct and log open water dives and continue their dive training with a speciality dive.

Junior PADI Open Water Diver Course

If you experienced the thrill and tranquillity of the underwater world through one of the PADI experience programs and want to take the next step toward a certified rating, this is where it all starts, with the PADI Open Water Diver course.
This course gives you the necessary skills to become a certified Open Water Diver under the direction of a certified instructor. Upon successful completion of this course, you’ll receive an internationally recognized scuba diving certificate that allows you to dive anywhere in the world. Take the first step to become a certified scuba diver and earn your rating to dive independently.
We offer this course in two options; Resort program that starts the day you arrive and our time-saving Home Study program that starts at home before you arrive.
Resort Program (4-day course)
The resort program starts when you arrive. There is 1 day of theory in the classroom, followed by 1 day of confined water training, and finally 2 days of open water training. You’ll gain the necessary skills to become a certified Open Water Diver under the direction of a certified instructor.
NB: Upon successful completion of this course you’ll receive an internationally recognized scuba diving certificate that allows you to dive anywhere in the world.

Notes
Course Requirements:
Be between 10 – 14 years old
Be in good health, reasonably fit and comfortable in the water
Be able to swim 200 meters/yards without swimming aids
Be able to swim 300 meters/yards with mask, snorkel & fins
